Nutritional Balancing seeks to heal your body using accurate and personalised data to prescribe natural remedies and individualised diet plans. The Nutritional Balancing program involves a new method of analysis combined with a diet programme that will eliminate the need for synthetic supplements or drugs to achieve desired results. The science is based on a methodology designed to understand your body’s composition on a cellular level. The simple process begins with a hair tissue analysis. From there, the results will unlock a myriad of mysteries surrounding your health. From learning how your adrenal and thyroid glands are functioning-- to discovering the level of toxic metals in your body, this analysis could be your ultimate health breakthrough. Armed with this knowledge, you will need both confidence and self discipline to follow the program specially designed for your body.
What systems does this programme address?

Iʼm interested in getting a hair analysis done, how do I start?
Great! You can start right away but ﬁlling in this form. After the form has been submitted and payment is made, you will receive an emailed receipt. There, you will follow a link with sampling instructions and an address for shipment .
Results: Turnaround time after the sample is received is typically two weeks. All results are reviewed personally by Dr. Wilson. Once the result review process is complete, you will select a consultation time with myself via Skype, phone or in person. Too antsy to wait? Don’t fret! Prior to our meeting, you may start your prescribed healing diet immediately.
How long does it take to start seeing improvements?
Results are based on the individual. In essence, the sooner you start giving your body the nutrients it needs, the sooner you will see change. For some, dietary changes alone will have a profound impact; others will need to incorporate supplements or specific detox methods to notice significant change. As always, try to be mindful and focus on the process rather than the outcome. Your body will start adjusting and repairing on its own time. Practicing patience and letting go of a specific timeline will greatly ease any anxiety. Be mindful that your body is changing and transitioning. You may feel more fatigue as it goes through the reparative stages. Part of the mending process may include a “healing reaction/retracing”, where the body processes a particular virus out of the body and symptoms return briefly.

I am a vegetarian, is this a problem?
Regardless of your meat intake, or absence thereof, your current diet may be unbalanced. A hair analysis coupled with a professional review of the data will uncover any red flags with your current nutrition plan.
Will you help me with meal plans?
Yes. I will provide you with plans in the starter pack to get you on track as soon as possible.

May I start the diet straight away?
Yes, please do. The slow oxidizer is for most people. If we ﬁnd you are a fast oxidiser or sympathetic dominant we will add more fats into your diet instead.
Do I need to take the supplements?
I would advise taking the recommended supplements for at least a few months. For most, the supplements are essential for making immediate changes. If the recurring cost is too burdensome, there are some basic supplements I can recommend as well.
Do I need to partake in the detox methods?
Regardless of your overall goals, I believe the detox methods will help tremendously. As I stated previously, the hair analysis will reveal any toxic minerals or metals in your body. By balancing the oxidation rate and putting the body into a parasympathetic state, your body can eliminate toxins much more effectively. Detox methods are cost effective and you can make some changes with only 30 minutes each day.
